Episode #003

new episode in the works for this week.
some basic topics going to talk about:
The Best 15 matches of all time.
how someone tried to steal my steam account.
FIOS grand competition finally starts and my shit still doesnt work
and still thinking bout some other stuff.

Ok just a rant for a second about this motherfucker who tried to steal my steam account. I was playing on a very respectable cs server and i wasnt doing too bad sortof an off day and i mentioned i was looking for a clan and someone had the tag -recruiting at the end of their name i think the first tag was AG|. He asked me if i wanted a tryout and that his clan was going cal-im next season. So I was like hell yea he gave me his aim (agtorb). and he was talking and asking me questions about exp and stuff then he started asking about cheating and wanted me to fill out this verification thing that tells me steam status so like that didnt really phase me to bad cuz it could exist it could just like look up ur steam id on some list of bans or something. So then i goto the site and it asks you for all your info its name, email, steam id, steam account, steampw. Now im not that retarded so I looked at the url and it was like http://www.steampowered.co.nr/validation/index.php or something like that but the .co.nr immediately told me this site was bullshit, but i must admit very well put together even had a link to download the steam installer. So wat i did is i gave the information for an extra account i had with nothing except the hl2 demo on it and once i did that and asked the guy when i would get a tryout he blocked me, so then i used my other aim account and was like well u can go fuck urself, and then used my thrid aim account after he blocked the second and just said have fun playing your limited time half-life2 demo you son of a bitch. So dont make this mistake check out stuff before you give up info. Im pretty sure the site now just links you to some wikipedia pages about pantera.

hosting service

i just got a hosting service for this podcast at www.podOmatic.com.
it is a free hosting service for podcasts. There was one set back today my fucking headset is broken i guess its a sign to upgrade im leaning toward a moderately priced usb headset maybe the logitech or sennheiser if i really want to go all out. im working on that episode though should be out soon enough.

eSports-Gaming objective

Podcasting is an emerging technology and there are very little content providers almost none that appeal to the competitive pc gamer. Enough xbox live bullshit we all know where the real competition is at. So I hope to have an episode out soon on itunes and I am going to try and report any news of relevance to people in clans or who follow the e-sports scene. For example for the first episode I plan on talking about:

Possible Ati and AMD merger. What does this mean for gamers?
nVidia geforce 7950 released.
intel's new core duo and extreme cpu's
Fios grand competition sponsored by verizon
Electronic Sports League: ESL formed in Germany
The DRW and mouz controversy for ESWC
ESWC qualifier results and US invites
JMC wins Cal-I season 16
CS skill videos of the week

ok so there is mad shit going on right now ill see if I can cover it all.
